Industry is cautiously optimistic that the new Aquaculture strategy being compiled by the Department of Trade and Industry(DTI) and Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) will see the acceleration of much needed development in the Aquaculture sector. Many challenges lie ahead and it is important that stakeholders continue to engage with the process.
