A literal translation of Manz Omthombo is water of the spring. The name brings to mind fresh, crystal clear water in a clean natural environment, with, of course, fish making their happy habitat in the spring. The focus of this business is aquaculture projects- from initial research through to establishment and implementation of a project.

Henk Stander holds a Masters degree in Aquaculture with a history dating back 16 years in the aquaculture industry. He has completed several International Training Courses and has built up a global network of aquaculture technology partners, services and expertise.

Dirk Joubert has a legal background. He does general consultancy work and has consulted on various aquaculture projects. He holds a BA LLM, and BCom degrees. He is a registered attorney of the High Court
